We are looking for a Hybrid Strategist—someone who refuses to just "press the boost button."

As our Assistant Manager (or Senior Executive), you will bridge the gap between Creative Content and Ad-Tech Data. You will manage high-stakes campaigns for both Top-Tier Clients and PressLogic’s internal brands, utilizing DMP methodologies to turn raw traffic into valuable first-party data assets.

This is a Player-Coach role. You won't just be managing spreadsheets; you will be building audiences, pitching strategies to clients, and proving that data-driven creativity wins.


🔑 Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Client Servicing & Commercial Pitching

  • The Consultant: Act as the primary performance lead for key clients. You don't just "report numbers"; you translate complex data into clear business insights that justify the budget.

  • The Strategist: Formulate holistic strategies that combine Paid Media + Content Marketing + Data Collection. You will solve actual business problems (e.g., Lead Gen, O2O Footfall, App Installs) rather than just chasing "Likes."

  • Internal Growth: Manage the performance marketing for PressLogic’s own products (e.g., MediaLens, TapNow), applying the same rigor we promise our clients.

2. DMP Methodology & First-Party Data Architecture

  • Build the Asset: Implement strategies to actively accumulate and categorize First-Party Data. You won't just look at "Clicks"; you will build Audience Segments and Retargeting Pools for long-term value.

  • The "Winning Formula": Use DMP concepts to tag user behaviors across the funnel, creating sophisticated lookalike models and exclusion lists that lower acquisition costs (CPA) over time.

  • Tech Activation: Leverage our proprietary tools—MediaLens (Social Insights) and ChatBooster (Social CRM)—to track conversions and behaviors that standard pixels might miss.

3. Hands-On Execution & Content Synergy

  • Platform Mastery: Personally execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads (FB/IG), Google Ads (SEM/GDN/YouTube), and emerging platforms like TikTok/Xiaohongshu.

  • Content x Performance: You understand that "Content is King, but Distribution is Queen." You will analyze how different creative formats (Reels, Carousels, Short-video) impact ROI and provide data-backed feedback to the Content Team to optimize assets before launch.

  • A/B Testing: Lead rigorous testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to constantly improve the conversion rate.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Agency.

    • Note: Candidates with slightly less experience but high potential/hunger will be considered for the Senior Executive title.

  • Commercial Mindset: Client servicing experience is a MUST. You must be comfortable pitching strategies and explaining technical concepts to non-technical business owners.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Expert knowledge of Ads Manager (Meta) and Google Ads.

    • Strong understanding of DMP concepts, Pixel tracking, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and First-party data collection.

  • Data Fluency: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Excel. You can tell a story with numbers.

  • Content Sensitivity: You can look at an image or video and understand why it performed well or poorly. You don't view "Creative" and "Media" as separate silos.

  • Language: Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus).
