We are looking for an aggressive, AI-native E-Commerce Digital Marketer to spearhead our international storefronts. You are a "Zero-Dependency" marketer. You understand that growth and retention are the ultimate priorities. You don't just run ads; you master the Shopify ecosystem, use AIGC to mass-produce high-converting copy, and leverage our internal AI agents to build custom tools that automate your workflow.
If you know how to scale a Shopify store in overseas markets and use AI to multiply your output by 10x, you belong on our team.
💡 What You Will Do: Command the E-Commerce Engine
1. Global Growth & Retention (The #1 Priority)
Own the Funnel: Take absolute ownership of the e-commerce metrics across international markets. You will focus relentlessly on lowering CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) while maximizing LTV (Lifetime Value) and repeat purchase rates.
Retention Architecture: Acquisition is only half the battle. You will design automated email flows, loyalty programs, and post-purchase experiences to ensure customers keep coming back.
2. Shopify Ecosystem Mastery & Tool Building
Storefront Optimization: You know the Shopify ecosystem inside and out. You will constantly test and deploy the best Shopify Apps to increase AOV (Average Order Value) and conversion rates.
Build Your Own Solutions: You work in an "Agent-First" environment. If a Shopify app doesn't exist for what you need, you will work with our Tech Architects—or use AI coding assistants—to build the mini-tools and automated OpenClaw agents yourself.
3. AIGC Content & "Inception Marketing" Logic
Mass-Producing Conversion: You don't wait for a copywriter or designer. You will use Generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney) to autonomously mass-produce high-converting product descriptions, ad creatives, and social media copy.
Deep Marketing Logic: You understand the psychology of the global consumer. You know how to map out the customer journey and write AI prompts that generate copy perfectly tailored to different stages of the buying funnel.
🔥 Who We Are Looking For:
Shopify Veteran: Deep, hands-on experience managing and scaling Shopify stores. You know which apps drive real revenue and which ones just slow down page speed.
Global Perspective: Proven experience running e-commerce marketing campaigns targeting overseas markets (e.g., US, UK, EU, SEA). You understand cross-border logistics, localized messaging, and international consumer habits.
AI-Native Executor: You are fluent in prompting. You regularly use AIGC tools to generate marketing copy, analyze customer review data, and brainstorm product positioning.
Data-Obsessed & ROI-Driven: You live in Shopify Analytics, GA4, and Meta/Google Ads managers. Every decision you make is backed by hard data aimed at driving growth and retention.
The "Hacker" Mindset: You thrive in extreme velocity. You prefer launching a "good enough" A/B test today over waiting for a "perfect" campaign next week.
