Your mission is to use Generative AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Claude, and AI video generators) to autonomously mass-produce highly engaging social media feeds—including photo albums, static visuals, and short-form video content—designed specifically for global performance marketing.
If you know how to write a prompt that generates a scroll-stopping visual, pair it with a psychological hook, and scale it across international markets, we want you on our team.
💡 What You Will Do: Build the AI Content Arsenal
1. Autonomous Mass Production (Photo & Video Feeds)
Zero-Dependency Creation: You don't wait for a design team. You will use advanced AIGC tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, AI video generators) to instantly create high-fidelity social media photo feeds, carousel albums, and video assets.
The "Inception Marketing" Logic: Write razor-sharp, conversion-focused copy (captions, video scripts, text-on-video hooks) that seamlessly integrates with your AI-generated visuals to drive clicks, leads, and sales globally.
2. Rapid Experimentation & "Test Fast" Execution
A/B Testing on Steroids: The market decides what works. You will use AI to instantly generate dozens of variations of a single campaign (different hooks, different visual aesthetics, localized messaging) to launch rapid micro-tests.
Double Down on Winners: Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to analyze the CTR (Click-Through Rate) and ROI of your feeds. Kill the losing content instantly and mass-produce variations of the winning formulas.
3. Global Localization at Scale
Cross-Border Adaptation: Use AI language models to rapidly adapt and localize successful ad creatives and copy for different international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and high conversion rates across Asia and beyond.

Action Bias over Perfection: You thrive in extreme velocity. You believe in testing fast, getting real-world feedback, and iterating, rather than spending a week perfecting a single post.
Trend Spotter: You have your finger on the pulse of global social media trends, viral audio, and meme formats, and you know how to leverage AI to capitalize on them instantly.
