What will you do:
Identify new business opportunities and lead the Sales Team to achieve aggressive sales targets of Malaysia
Promote digital and native ad marketing products and services, plan online marketing campaign to clients
Prospecting, identifying and acquiring new clients for selling online advertising solutions
Create and manage strategic agency and agency holding company partnerships with the goal of seeing increased spending
Perform account servicing and maintain good relationship with key clients, advertising agencies and maximize advertising revenues
Responsible for driving the advertising sales and the promotion of the company's integrated advertising & marketing business
Develop and identify Ad Sales opportunities of all digital on the advertising platform.
Collaborate with Editorial teams to tailor advertising / marketing offerings to suit the needs of direct advertisers and agency partners
Coordinate with the Sales and Editorial team to optimize the effectiveness of client campaigns
Keep management abreast with the digital advertising trends and provide expertise in Ad serving and measurement
Conduct constant agency education
Manage and building the Advertising Sales team
Who will you be:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing or other equivalent disciplines
8 years' solid experiences background in media sales / advertising agencies, marketing, and business development
Experience in B2B Sales & Marketing with a fast-paced business environment would be an advantage
Knowledge towards social media and passion towards startup
Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales targets
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, time management and problem-solving skills
Target-oriented, Self-motivated, aggressive, energetic and good team player
Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in spoken Chinese would be an advantage (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates within the Group)
Knowledge in online media or prior experience in advertising market is highly preferred
Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop and with user experience in CRM tools
