    Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management: Utilize our existing network and establish connections with senior business leaders within our client portfolio, fostering strong relationships with new and existing stakeholders.

    • Market Analysis and Insight Gathering: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital marketing. Utilize insights to tailor business development strategies that resonate with potential clients.

    • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and platforms that can enhance our service offerings and expand our reach within the industry.

    • Networking and Engagement: Actively participate in industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to network with potential clients and influencers in the marketing sphere. Leverage these engagements to promote PressLogic's capabilities and secure business opportunities.

    • Lead Generation: Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies that target high-value prospects. Ensure a continuous pipeline of potential clients by leveraging inbound and outbound marketing techniques.

    • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth within your assigned client portfolio by consistently presenting new marketing initiatives that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

    • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with our marketing strategists to formulate digital initiatives that fuel growth in our clients' marketing campaigns. This includes understanding the target audience, defining campaign objectives, and selecting the most effective channels and tactics. Transform strategies into actionable campaigns optimized for performance and success.

    • Proposal, Presentation and Reporting: Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, effectively communicating campaign strategy, results and providing recommendations for future initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

    • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in corporate roles within sales, marketing, or consulting, preferably with major corporations, successful tech start-ups, or consulting firms. More experienced candidates will be considered for a senior position.

    • Skills: Experience in Marketing and Social Media is an advantage but not mandatory.

    • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both English and Chinese, in both written and verbal forms.

    • Personal Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.

    What will you do:

    • Identify new business opportunities and lead the Sales Team to achieve aggressive sales targets of Malaysia

    • Promote digital and native ad marketing products and services, plan online marketing campaign to clients

    • Prospecting, identifying and acquiring new clients for selling online advertising solutions

    • Create and manage strategic agency and agency holding company partnerships with the goal of seeing increased spending

    • Perform account servicing and maintain good relationship with key clients, advertising agencies and maximize advertising revenues

    • Responsible for driving the advertising sales and the promotion of the company's integrated advertising & marketing business

    • Develop and identify Ad Sales opportunities of all digital on the advertising platform.

    • Collaborate with Editorial teams to tailor advertising / marketing offerings to suit the needs of direct advertisers and agency partners

    Who will you be:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales & Marketing or other equivalent disciplines

    • 8 years' solid experiences background in media sales / advertising agencies, marketing, and business development

    • Experience in B2B Sales & Marketing with a fast-paced business environment would be an advantage

    • Knowledge towards social media and passion towards startup

    • Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales targets

    • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, time management and problem-solving skills

    • Target-oriented, Self-motivated, aggressive, energetic and good team player

    • Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in spoken Chinese would be an advantage (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates within the Group)

    What will you do

    • Promote digital and native ads. Marketing products and services, plan online marketing campaigns for clients

    • Commit to the entire sales process - including but not limited to customer follow-up, customer escalations, assisting with customer concerns and managing overall Sales Consultant performance

    • Bring in own connections with agencies and direct clients would be an advantage 

    • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with agencies and agency-holding companies to see increased spending

    • Provide effective live product demonstrations and adopt a consultative sales approach to drive adoption, usage and campaign budget spending across all major media buyers in your market

    • Serve as the clients’ primary point of contact for the program - meeting and exceeding client expectations is a priority

    • Conduct constant agency education

    • Build strong relationships to maintain outstanding customer satisfaction and retention

    • Identify potential new business opportunities

    • Identify and report successes, bottlenecks and potential issues related to sales operation and content management process, and help deliver solutions accordingly


    Who will you be

    • 1 year or above of experience in advertising sales, preferably with experience from digital media publishers

    • Fresh Graduates will also be considered

    • Result-oriented mentality with proven capability in sales. 

    • Candidates with good contact relationships with media agencies will be an advantage

    • Good understanding of the media landscape in Malaysia, the major players and an ability quickly learn and ramp up on new online media solutions

    • Self-driven, challenge-loving, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision; could assist to build the business from zero to one

    • Language proficiency in Mandarin and ideally Malay

    Candidates with much experience would be considered for Senior Account Manager.
