Your mission is to engineer growth directly into the DNA of our AI products. You will define the global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, optimize the UI/UX for frictionless onboarding, build viral referral loops, and launch rapid experiments to see what sticks. If it fails, we pivot. If it wins, we scale it to the moon.


💡 What You Will Do: Architect and Test the Growth Engine


1. Product-Led Growth (PLG) & The "Test Fast" Execution

  • Shape the Product: Work directly with our AI Product Builders and UI/UX designers to ensure every AI agent is built for maximum user acquisition and retention.

  • Frictionless Onboarding: Architect the "Aha!" moment. Don't overthink it—design an MVP onboarding flow, launch it, A/B test it with live traffic, get immediate feedback, and iterate at extreme velocity.

  • Data-Driven Feature Development: Analyze user behavior to advise the Tech and Product teams on which features drive the highest LTV (Lifetime Value). Double down on the features users actually care about.

2. Viral Loops & Growth Hacking Methodology

  • Referral & Affiliate Engines: Design, launch, and manage aggressive referral and affiliate programs. Turn our early adopters into a global sales force by creating irresistible, testable incentives for sharing our AI tools.

  • Rapid Experimentation: Employ unconventional, high-ROI growth hacking methodologies to acquire users at scale. Throw multiple strategies at the wall quickly, kill the losers instantly, and pour budget into the winners.

3. Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Agile International Rollout: Own the launch strategy for our AI products across multiple international markets. Execute rapid micro-tests in different regions to understand cultural nuances and localized pricing elasticity before scaling.

  • Omnichannel Acquisition: While product virality is key, you will also oversee targeted global paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok) to pour fuel on the fire once the product funnel proves it can convert.

  • The "Hacker" Mindset: You are obsessed with the pirate metrics (AARRR). You understand that marketing isn't just about spending money; it's about engineering a product that grows itself.

  • Global Perspective & AI Intuition: You have proven experience taking digital products (SaaS, AI, or Consumer Tech) to global markets. You understand how AI agents work, their value propositions, and how to position them against traditional software.

  • Data-Obsessed: You live in product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4). Every decision to "double down" is backed by hard data.
