At PressLogic, we don’t believe in "pure management." In a 2026 world that changes by the hour, a leader who isn't connected to the frontline is a leader who has lost the plot. We are looking for a Regional Business Lead to oversee our operations in MY, SG, and TW.
Whether you are an up-and-coming "smart generalist" or a seasoned industry veteran, you must be a Player-Coach. We want someone who builds the strategy, pushes the team, and—if necessary—rolls up their sleeves to finish the job themselves.
Your Mission: Regional Alignment & Execution
Working directly with the CEO and HQ Leads, you will ensure our overseas editorial and marketing engines are running at maximum velocity.
1. Managing the "Remote" Engine
Cross-Border Leadership: Managing people nearby is easy; managing them across the sea is an art. You will oversee our overseas Editorial, Marketing, and Project Management teams, ensuring they hit KPIs and stay aligned with HQ’s vision.
The "Pusher": You are responsible for keeping projects moving. You will devise new strategies, set timelines, and relentlessly push teams to execute. You don't just "check in"; you drive outcomes.
2. The Player-Coach Model (Ground 0 Experience)
Frontline Training: To lead our teams, you must first understand their world. You will start with "Ground 0" work—experiencing the content creation, campaign management, and digital workflows firsthand.
Actionable Insights: We don’t want reports; we want solutions. If a team is stalling, you must have the skills (and the willingness) to step in and execute the work yourself.
3. Talent & Performance Management
The Bar-Raiser: You will be responsible for hiring top-tier local talent and, just as importantly, letting go of those who cannot meet our performance standards.
Growth Path (Sales & AdTech): While your initial focus is on Editorial and PM, we will train you in the Sales & AdTech side of the business. For the right candidate, this role will evolve into full P&L management for the region.
